1.I make a trial order,when's the delivery date ?

Answer:

Receiving the deposit after 15-20 working days for regular style

Customer's design is about 25-30 working days.

2.I would like to buy a sample.How to pay the sample fee ?

We only supply the samples to interested customers for free.But buyer pay the freight.Old customers we can send all free samples.

3. I just buy this goods within 1 year,some part is missing or replace some part (like screw and catridge and handle and pipes)

4.How to clean the faucet ?

Answer:

Daily,put the fixture dry with a soft cloth after each use this is the single most important car you can give any finish.
