1.WPC products,what is the difference compare to the real wood ?

The wpc product is much better than real wood. Firstly, the lifetime is more longer than real wood. Secondly, it is high strength, high stiffness, acid-and-alkali-proof, erosion-proof, non-distortion, formaldehyde excluded, easiness to recycle, etc. I also attached the compareation of this two different material for your reference.

2.How your WPC product can adapt the temperature difference?

The wood powder is about 50%, plastic 38%, additives 12%. What's mare, we can also adjust it according to the customer different usage.For example, our customers in Singapore, Iceland, Norway, Russia have finished many projects for several years, and the feedbacks are good, the products have no quality problem up to now.

3.How good do the color hold up, can you describe how many % it loses and how fast?

As you know, all the composite products exposed to the sun will undergo some fading with weathering, it's possible for the color have a little fade, In our wpc products, we have added the anti-UV additives, so pls rest assured that our wpc have the outstanding advantages with anti-fading. but after the first 3 months, then it will become more natural color without change.Pls take it easy,that will never effect the color appearance.

4.What's the usage of joist? Must we use WPC joist?

Before install the WPC decking, we must install the joist/keel in advance, its usages are as below.
1. The joist permit the air and water enter and out.
2. The joist make a more flat decking.
For the material, it depends on your preference, WPC or wood or iron materials are all fine

5.How many colors do you have ?

Frankly speaking, we have more than 45 different color now. But we mainly supply 6 most popular colors for our customers reference. And we can also adjust the color according to the customer request.

6.what is the percent of the wood powder and plastic ?

The wood powder is about 50%, plastic(HDPE) 35~40%, additives 10~15%. What's mare, we can also adjust it according to the customer different usage.
