CERAMIC PLASTER 102is formulated gypsum plaster ready to use, in the ceramic industry to produce slip casting of tableware and sanitary ware.

• It is optimized for better water absorption, surface hardness ,workability and long life cycle

• After dry, it has very high strength and very smooth surface

• Setting time can be adjusted according to customers’ requirement

APPLICATION

• Pour powder into potable water

• For better result use low speed mixer equipped with vacuum mixing chamber

• Wait until all or most of powder sink in water

• Mix for minimum 2 minutes until homogenous mixture

• Pour into the mold

• Remove piece carefully after minimum 25 minutes

RECOMMENDATIONS

• Do not mix CERAMIC PLASTER 102 with any other product without manufacturer approval

• Use clean potable water

STORAGE CONDITIONS

• Store in a dry places at no more than 20 layers

• Use within 4 month after the date of production.
