Standard panel thickness: 10mm, 12mm ,15mm, 20mm, 25mm (1mm for skin aluminum sheet)

Size: 2400 x 1200mm (Other size can be discussed with customers)

Finish: PVDF coating(PE coating/Mill finish is also available )

Color: As per customers' requirement

Product Characteristics:

Curtain wall aluminum honeycomb panels of brand are mainly used for the decoration of the extemal walls of high-rises .

These products are made of high-quality imported raw materials and processed with high precision , Its surface employs the advanced technique of fluorocarbon laccquer component polymeric epoxide membrane and bi-component modified epoxy resins and has used high temperaturs through completely - closed and dust- free operation, which mades the honeycomb pannels stickier, more bending resistant, straighter, and thus steadier and more reliable in quality.

Applications of Aluminum honeycomb sheet :

1) Building exterior and curtain wall.

2) Decoration and renovation additions for old buildings
3) Decoration of interior walls, ceilings, bathrooms, kitchens and balconies
4) Shop door decoration .

Raw materials:

Aluminum panel : fluorocarbon coil coating panel , whic mainly selects high quality 3003H24 alloy aluminum panel or 5052AH14 high mang anese alloy aluminum panel as the base material , with a thickness of 0.7-1.5mm.

Aluminum bottom panel : thickness0.5-1.0mm .

Aluminum honeycomb : the core material adopts model 3003H24 hexagon aluminum foil being 0.04-0.07mm thick with side length of 5-6mm.

Adhesives : adopts bi-component polymeric epoxide membrane and bi-component modified epoxy resins.
