1.Raw material: real natural mother of pearl shell (whtie mop, black mop, river shell ), capicz shell, abalone shell etc.

2.Backing: Acrylic, Aluminium Honeycomb Board or Magnesium Board, MDF/HDF. Middle material : shell sheets. Surface: clear glue.

3.one sheet size: 300*300/325*325mm, shell sheets

4.Color:natural color or tinct

5.Suitable for: interior walls, exterior walls (under canopy or porch cover), interior floors (light traffic, no slip resistance), countertops, tabletops, backsplashes, shower walls, tub surrounds and ceilings. This shell is not rated for a chlorine environment.

Process

All of products are made of natural shell in our factory. The mother of pearl is scooped from the shell by machine, each one is sorted by hand and polished.

The mother of pearl is cut into chip sizes which are secured to Mesh, Acrylic, Aluminium Honeycomb Board or Magnesium Board. Options include Capiz Shell Decorative Panels, Shell Laminates, stunning Mosaic Tile Designs and Wallpaper/Border Strips.
