3. Q: Do you supply a free sample?

A: Yes, if your order is higher than our wholesale MOQ, and the sample fee should not higher than $20USD. The shipping fee is by yourself.

4. Q: How about the package?

A: All products are with standard package. Small carton for single one set, and several sets in a big carton. And the carton size will according to the product size. when you confirm your items, will will mark the size in our quotation sheet.

5. Q: How do you send our products?

A: We can do 3 types of shipping models for you. 1, door-door service, (no customs clearance), 2, by air ( customs clearance), 3, by sea (customs clearance).
