DESCRIPTION:

BAUMERK AD920is an admixture having powerful dispersing and retarding effect on cement particles.It does not contain chloride.

PROPERTIES:

BAUMERK AD920is used for hot weather concreting.In its specific chemical formulation gives very higher figures in all ages. Water reduction is about 30% to 40%. Its powerful plasticising properties increases workability.It enables production of economical, dense, more impermeable concrete.Its dispersing effect on cement particules helps easily placebility of concrete.BAUMERK AD920extends the period of time that concrete can be successfully placed in summer (or hot weather) conditionsBAUMERK AD920also reduces vibrating sothat less labour for less time of concreting is a chieved.It also affects bleeding of the concrete.BAUMERK AD920prevents cold joints. It is possible to transport the concrete over long distances. IfBAUMERK AD920is used with airentraining agents such asBAUMERK PLUS AIR, it increases structure concrete for freezing and thawing circle and protection from sea water penetration.

ADDITION RATES:

BAUMERK AD920is used 0,7% to 2% of the cement (0,7 kg –2 kg / 100 kg cement).If second additive is necessary, each additive has to be added seperately.

PACKAGING:

BAUMERK AD920is available in 250 kg drums or bulk.

STORAGE:

BAUMERK AD920has to be protected from freezing.If it frozen,it should be thawed out slowly and re-mixed before use.Its shelf life is 12 monthsin manufacturerssealed drums.BAUMERK AD920complies to the requirements of ASTM C- 494 Type B & G and EN934-2.
