Our automatic security window aluminium roller shutter is made of aluminium 6063 T5,finished by high quatity powder coating in many optional color.

The slat face 33mm width,and the total is 45mm width, we can make some hole on its hook for daylighting.the guide channel is 60mm width with 35mm depth.With fur bar to reduce the noise and keep the dust out of your house.

We using octagonal aluminum axes 60mm for the shaft.It will not rust anymore.And it is 1.5mm thickness with good strength.

The bottom slat is 55mm width, it will go will a weather seal to protect the water out of your window.

The box cover and the side plate is made of aluminum,and also finished with high quality poeder coating with the same coloe as the slats and guide channel.

How to Measure

Take measurement from both ends and center.
For “inside the frame” reduce 1.00 cm from smallest size both in width and height.
For “outside the frame” take the maxinum size in both width and height.
Confirm the install position of the shutter and let us know.

	Raw Material We using aluminum alloy 6063 T5 series as raw material,which makes the slats much stronger.
	Extrusion We have two extrusion lines,and with technical workers,our worker avange hands-on background 3years,it helps our products good quality with reasonable costs.
	Heat Treatment We have a long heat treatment case,which can made the slat as long as 8.2m.The heat treatment make the slats more hardness.
	Static Powder Coating The powder coating is very important for shutters,as it is just like the clothes for people. We use Akesu powder as material. The color we have white,brown,cream,grey for choice. Any color on Ral Color chart can be made.
	Inspection After powder coating,we will inspect all of the slats at a brightsome area to select the problem slats out. Even it is 0 sometimes. After that,the slats for material order will well packed for shipment. Finished shutter order slats will come to next step.
	Asembling and Packing We will cut the slats in the length for your shutter,and assmble it with high strength end lock (pvc insert). The accurate cuting machine make our tolerance less than 1mm. It makes our shutter work smooth and long life. The shutters will packed in a plywood export case. It is environment friendly,no need stifling.
