1.Main technological principles

A.By utilizes the unique advantage of down to up pressing method instead of traditional up to down moulding pattern which widely adopted by similar domestic brick machine manufacturers,with three graded pressing procedures of pre-pressing,form pressing and pressure keeping,the hydraulic press automatically exhausts for a number of times.This allows the brick machine to effectively prevent microcrack from layers of the end products and produce high density,uniform bricks.Otherwise it overcomes the defect that traditional machines are easy to impact and damage the moulds.

With built-in stock level sensor in the feeding hopper,it could fulfill detection and adjustment jobs for the materials,through the accurate setting of the height of the feeding hopper,it could ensure the uniformity of the material clothing and the stable features of the bricks.After continuous research and innovation on feeding system,expand the sizes of the oil cylinder and improve the whole pressure of our equipment,now it could suit for a wide range of various solid wastes as raw materials,unstable ingredients proportion and rough regulation in our nation,reduces the high accuracy requirement on raw materials proportion and batching.

B.high quality rate

By adopting cylinder built-in displacement sensor which can control the fillings of raw materials accurately,ensure the product tolerance only +/-1mm(national standard request for quality brick is +/-2mm).If the error happens,the signal will feedback to the control system immediately,the computer will compensate the materials feeding automatically,thus ensure the 100% quality rate of the products.It is also installed with built-in pressure sensor to test the strength of bricks accurately,thus ensure the compressive strength of the products could reach up to more than 15Mpa.

C.low operation cost

The main and sub pumps are all adopted originally packaged variable plunger pumps imported from Germany,it could create different pressures and flows according to the orders of equipment,and it has almost zero flow during the time intervals of the orders.
