workmanship, surface treatment, packing way, crate, gaps, inspection rate etc., QC will write a Test Report together with many order products photos then email them to Sales Department.

All staff of Sales Department will have a meeting after receive Test Report and order product photos, all staff check photos and Test Report carefully, if any quality problems finding, we will inform to our QC and ask to fix or pull out defective products from the tested products, only goods with no quality problem are allowed to delivery abroad, all sales staff will sign the "Agree to Delivery" Guarantee Sheet.

1. How many m2 roof slate will be needed to cover 1 m2 roof area?

For normal square type, usually 2.5-2.8 m2 roof slate can cover 1 m2 roof area; other specific type like our E type, 1.8-2.1 m2 roof slate can cover 1 m2 roof area. Of course, it is related to your installation way in actual situation.

2. What's the weight of 1 m2 roof slate?

The density of our slate is 2.78, so if thickness is 5-7mm, weight of 1 m2 will be 1x0.006x2.78 = 16.68 kgs. More thick, more weight of course.

3. How many years of the roof slate can use?

We guarantee our roof slate can use more than 75 years.

4. Do you provide installation service?

We don't supply installation service at present, but we can give you insallation instruction.
