ASA Weathering sheet - HX

Features:

ASA roofing sheet uses co-extruded composite technology, while retaining the advantages of the original Hengxing PVC tiles, and uses a "modified super weatherproof ASA" material, and PVC resin material, processed through a special technology of composite co-extrusion, so that the performance of the materials have made revolutionary breakthroughs in such aspects as weatherproof, anti-aging, impact resistance, high gloss, anti-static, self-cleaning etc. This is a leap upgrade to the existing technology.

Bright and durable colors:
Bright colors, the color will not fade within a period of more than 10 years. Many customized colors can be selected.

ASA-PVC tiles use ultra-high weatherproof engineering resin ASA as the surface material, with extraordinary durability in the natural environment, even after long-term exposure to UV, moisture, heat, cold, and shock; it is still able to maintain its color stable. The result of the outdoor application in areas with strong sunshine in Arizona and Florida in U.S. show that the E value is less than 5 after being used for ten years.

Self water resistance & self-cleaning

ASA-PVC composite tiles use high weatherproof high-density resin which does not absorb water, has no micro-pore water seepage problem.

The product has a dense and smooth surface with "lotus leaf effect." It does not absorb dusts, every time it is washed by rain; it will become as clean as new one, and will no become mottled after rain wash.
