Woodcore raised floor system is widely used in Euro and Middle East, specification as below.
Woodcore panels have a core of wood chipboard of very high (700 kg/m3) density.
Composite woodcore panels are made form cement power reinforced with chipboard.
The sides are cut with great precision and finished with a full depth edge banding in PVC, glued with the hot-melt procedure, to protect the core.
Top can be HPL/PVC/steel plate. Bottom can be steel plate or foil.
They can be supplied in thickness of 30 mm or 40 mm, depending on the required resistance to cencentrated loads and/or the acoustical requirements.
