Aluminum window and door - Excellence 65

Excellence 65 is a thermally broken three-chamber window and door system with a building depth of 65 mm. It ensures a high standard of stability and thermal insulation. Available in a wide range of designer fi nishes, Excellence 65 is used for both inward and outward opening windows and doors, making it the perfect solution for applications in new built or refurbishment projects. The system also includes a safety version, adding an increased security.

• It is compatible within its profi le and hardware range, as well as other RC System products such as our curtain wall and conservatory systems.

• The system accommodates glazing of 10 - 49,5 mm for frame and 10 - 59,5 mm for vent. For plates, the infi ll thickness can start from 2 mm.

• The combination of multipoint locking, safety glass and special hardware ensures a high resistance against forced entry. Internal tubular glazing beads prevent unclipping from the outside. Resistance class: ENV 1627 - 1630 class 2.

• A wide range of locking and non-locking handles are integrated into the system.

• All standard shade and ventilation systems can easily be integrated in Excellence 65.

• The additional strength of a 3-chamber system with a building depth of 65 mm makes it possible to construct high entrances, complex structures and large surfaces with a minimum sightline and a maximum of light penetration.

• Corner connection by two cleats gives the construction greater strength, rigidity and stability.

• A wide range of reinforced mullions and transoms, for greater stability on large spans is integrated.

• Excellence 65 includes several weather barriers by means of specially designed gaskets, a large decompression chamber and internal drainage to assure perfect weather resistance.

• Special finishing profiles allow additional building drainage.

• The use of multiple gaskets greatly enhances the system’s acoustic performance.
