Panels: make of 0.5 mm thick Aluminium Alloy-5005 H34 in PDVF 2 coat thickness 28 microns in combination primer / basecoat on back coil, roll forming panel to 18 mm groove gap or non-groove flush joint, non-perforated and perforated 1.8 mm diameter hole 14% / 18% of the perforation area with non-woven tissue. Customise cutting length approx 6 to 7 metre, colour according to availability RAL colour chart.

Panel Carrier: make of 0.5 mm thick enamelled steel, colour black or G/I hot-dipped galvanised steel 68 mm wide, 28mm deep, flange 10 mm the flanges have prongs to hold the panels, standard module 300, close gap and ( wide of 18mm groove gap ) are also possible, carrier are design for out door open area, canopy, linkway, high bay which strong wind load with extract locking for panel.
