Aluminum curtain wall, made of high-strength A-alloy board, has the common thickness of 2.0, 2.5 and 3.0mm. The regular A-alloy board maximum size is 1220*2440mm, and is mainly composed of face plate, reinforcing rib and angle support.

The surface of the aluminum curtain wall shall be coated with carbon flouride after the pretreatment by chromizing. The PVDF resin (KANAR500) content in the finish and varnish of carbon flouride coating. It shall be 2, 3 or 4 coatings, with the coating thickness of 40u-50u(3 coatings). Because the carbon fluoride coatings has the excellent corrosion resistance and weather-proof performance.
It can resist the acid rain, salt frog and kinds of air polluants. resist the strong UV and has the outstanding heat and cold resistance, it can be prevented from discoloring and powdering after long-term service, and has the long service life.
