ALC Panel
Introduction:
Autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC), also known as autoclaved lightweight concrete (ALC) or autoclaved cellular concrete (ACC), was invented in the mid-1920s by the Swedish architect and inventor Johan Axel Eriksson. It is a lightweight, precast building material that simultaneously provides structure, insulation, and fire and mold resistance. AAC products include blocks, wall panels, floor and roof panels, and lintels. With cement, lime, silica sand as raw materials, adopting two-way and welded steel reinforcement mesh (reinforcing bar) processed by special anti-rust liquid, produced in high temperature, high pressure and steam curing, AAC panel is a kind of porous silicate plate of high performance, and has many incomparable performances of lightweight & high strength, good fire-resistance, fire prevention, sound insulation and thermal insulation etc.

AAC panel not only can be used for the external walls, internal wall partitions, flat sloperoof of the buildings, but also for roof and external walls of industrial plants. it can be used for the load-bearing walls of mixed structure building with less than 4 floors. Outsourcing fire panel of steel beam and columins.

Lightweight & high strength
Porosity is about 80%, dry density is less than 500kg/cubic meter. With double layer & direction reinforcement mesh, compresive strength is more than 3.5 Mpa.
Thermal insulation
Inside AAC panel there is porous structure, the porosity is nearly 80%, so air becomes the major thermal conductivity medium. Thermal conductivity is 0.13W/(m*k), thus satisfying the purpose of the insulation.
Fire proof
The raw materials of Tianyu AAC panel adopt inorganic non-combustible materials, it has absolute incombustibility. Test shows 120mm thick AAC panel could resist fire for 4hours.
Noise insulation &absorption
Noise insulation of the AAC panel is 40-60DB, Tianyu AAC panel also have closed porous characteristics, so it's also a good kind of sound absorbing materials
