Its technical performance and economic returns is better than similar products’.The product is widely used to railways, highways, tunnels, mine roadway, water and electricity and other sprayed concrete, and also used to rapid setting concrete with other requests,for example Sealing and fast fixing.

AJ is widly used to cement and concrete mixing with it set more quickly. time is less than 5minutes. time is less than 10minutes.Compressive strength for 1d is not less than 6Mpa,and the ratio of compressive strength for 28d is not less than 75%. These attributes meet the requirements of JC477-2005 of<sprayed concrete setting accelerator>.

Later strength of shotcrete mixing with the product is small loss. Rebound rate is low. The thickness of a jet is high. The product is the benefit to improve the quality and durability of the Sprayed concrete .It has obvious technical benefits.

Construction requirement: Be good anti-corrosion measures at the field and an accurate measurement. Use up at one time after opening the package of pulvis and liquid is tightly closed.

Sprayed concrete should use the new Portland cement factory, ordinary portland cement or clinker bearing slag cement. If cement expired, dampped or low temperature, the using results wil be poor.

Shotcrete should adopt the maximum size of gravel or crushed stone not less than 20mm and Fineness modulus of 2.8 ~ 3.5 of coarse sand.
