Usage Areas

Water insulation in old and new terrace roofs. Renewal of the old roofs and coating the water gutters.WHITECOATcan

be applied on the construction materials like that are desired to be watertight and moistureproof such as concrete, plaster,

brick, enameled tile, briquette, gas concrete, wood, galvanize, sheet iron, and zinc. It can be used reliably on all horizontal

and vertical surfaces made of such materials, roofs and terraces, window frame, draining board, fringe, rain gutter, strainer,

chimney bottom repair, and undercoating insulation of the wet areas.

Application

Depending on the application surfaces,WHITECOATmust be thinned by water in the ratio of 1:1 orSPR 104 a prime

coat must be applied. Then, apply the 1st layer ofWHITECOATon the surface. While it is wet, apply the fiberglass net

on it by roll, and ensure that the net is buried intoWHITECOAT. Leave to dry for minimum 2 hours. Then, complete the

application of the 2nd layer ofWHITECOATso that the net beneath will be covered completely. Apply the final coat so

that the total covering thickness will be completed and leave the covering to dry for one night.

WHITECOAT5-Layer Water Insulation System:

WithWHITECOAT5-layer, fiberglass net-supported water insulation system, the coat thickness differences that may arise

from the surface unevenness on the roofs are prevented, and the same covering thickness can be achieved in every

area.This system is appropriate for water insulation to be applied in the positive direction in the terrace roofs that are

subject to rare foot traffic.

Consumption

0.75 - 1.50 kg/m² depending on the application floor. 1.75 kg/m² for a covering of 1.5 mm dry film thickness
