AAC block

AAC block is made mainly of silica sand or flyash,cement,lime,gypsum and some gas former,with a complete technological process such as high temperature,high pressure and steam curing etc, it’s a new type of light,environmental and prorous building materials.

Differented from the traditional mineral AAC,it has the following advantages:

1.Fast development of raw materials

AAC uses quartzite rather than breeze to be the material of argillite,this way it improves the strength and of course makes a great progress on preventing from osmosis ,lessening contractibility and decreasing the amount of γ radiation.

2.Industrial product.AAC is produced by an automated product line. We guarantee accurate dimensions, low rate of errors, and quality superior to standard advanced products.

3.Matched with the after-disposition.Benefit a lot from its accurate size,the building material mortar can be replaced by binder. because the aperture left is only 2-3mm;besides,metope can be painted by putty directly instead of decorating with stucco firstly.Through this way we can fundamentally resolve the crack problems caused by rendering breeze and brick.

4.Flexibly and widely used.The finished AAC product can be used as wooden board with veneer which can be doped to make excellent outside decorations.And also it is widely used as brick.This product is of complete functions.
