To ensure we offer the highest quality radiators on the market all of our radiators undergo a triple layering process. The low carbon steel mould is coated in a layer of copper to give a high rust resistance and ensure the longevity of your radiator. 3 layers of nickel are then applied to improve the chrome plating process, finally our radiators are chrome plated in 60 microns of chrome.

HI-tech manufacturing process!!

We mould our radiators by Gravity Die Casting to ensure a stronger more durable product. We also use CNC Machinery to engrave all of the threads on our radiators which ensures 100% accuracy, this will benefit you when installing your radiator by ensuring a tighter water tight fit. Other manufacturers cut costs by engraving their radiators by hand, these are more susceptible to leaks due to the inaccuracies of hand engraving.

High gloss chrome!!

Our radiators have a highly reflective mirror finish that stays looking new for longer. We achieve this high quality finish by chrome plating our radiators to a thickness of 60 microns. You can test the quality of chrome by simply placing your finger on the chrome, on poor chrome your finger will leave a mark and on good chrome your finger print will disappear. Be aware of cheaper alternatives on the market that are coated in less microns of chrome and start to crack and peel over time.

Double tested!!

Our radiators are tested twice during the manufacturing process. Our radiators are air pressure tested before they are chrome plated, and water pressure tested before they are packaged. As a result of this there may be some water still inside your radiator when you receive it.
