1.Introduction:
IXPE(Irradiated crosslinked polyethylene foam) is high molecular material irradiated with high foaming multiplying power by high-energy electron beam by adopting the best advanced electron irradiation technique.Compared with other foam materials,due to the advance equipment and manufacturing technique,it has the following advantages:
(1)IXPE is made of polyethylene.It is non-toxic environmentally friendly material,do not contain any harmful substances.
(2)Excellent effect as light weight,good elasticity,strong chemical resistance,sound absorption,heat isolation and heat preservation,it is called "sound barrier underlay"
