Product Machinery :

Packing:

1. After production and inspection of kitchen cabinets,Next step they will be packed in cartons . First of all, foamed plastics are placed at the bottom of the carton ready for panels packing.

2. And then, every panel in cartons is separately lined with foam sheets and air bubble films.

3. After finishing that, foamed plastics are placed surrounding four sides and the top of carton to ensure that panels are wrapped very tightly.

4. Concerning the packing of the glass and countertops, Naniya will pack them to a wooden crate This is particularly important for preventing countertop and glass from breaking during shipment.

5. Every client who bought Naniya cabinetry products has a contract NO. for his order. This contract number and product name will be marked on the outside of each carton before shipment.In order to make our client clear what will be packed in each package we , There will be a Label to show the Project name, Apartment No. Cabinet No. Accessory name and so on.
