2. Installation guide

1Install gutter
1,Drawing a direct line
In order to guarantee to drain away water, gutter should have to tilt to the outlet. First, familiar with the architecture and decide a reasonable location of outlet. Knock in a fixed nail in the location of 12mm below the site of gutter (usually from the corner of architecture), draw a line to the outlet, every 3 meters descend 3mm.
Confirm the location of hanger
Along the gutter line, form the highest points, away 20cm set a hole (plant the head of nail in), and then every 50cm set a hole. The hole should be at the same level with the gutter line (if the hole is not in the same line will lead to the bending deflection of gutter), according to the holes, plant in certain hangers.
3,Install gutter
Using ladder to support the gutter, then place the hanger to the hole using the screw, and fix the hanger to the wall by the head and screw. After one piece of gutter then use the connecters to start another piece of gutter.
4,install gutter connecters
Every two gutters are connected by connecterwearing sealing rubber joint strip. When install, should keep thestrip clean and adjust the strip avoiding it’s twist leading to water seepage.
5,Fixed outlet.
Before installing the last piece of gutter, make sure the location of outlet. Making it keep at the same line with the roofing. Draw a line to where the outlet fixed, and calculate the length of gutter. Press the downspout to the outlet, then put the gutter into the downspout, as same with the hanger. Make sure the gutter can move freely with the outlet to reduce the influence of explanation with heat and contraction with cold.
6,end with a outlet
There will be two options:
cut a length of 15cm gutter, plant
The gutter in the outlet and keep it with the some level of outlet.put in the hanger and install the left cap. Then open a hole with the drilling machine in the gutter. attentions:Be careful when drill the hole should not damage the outlet.
2.Install downspout
1,calculate the length of downspout According to the direction, Install certain redirector. At the Same time keep the downspout in the same line of outlet. Using the holding ring to keep it fixed to the wall. In the end of downspout, use a convert to keep the rain away from the wall.
2,If the length is exceeding 3 meters, use a unit to connect two pieces downspout.
3,All the downspout and fittings should be sealed with special glue.
