Chapter One: Introduction of colorful stone coated metal roof tiles

Our product, based on Al-Zn (known as Zincalume or Galalume steel) steel and coated with high quality pressure-shaped stone, is the stylish and best construction material for roof. The raw material is a steel substrate coated on both sides with an aluminium-zinc alloy. The composition of the coating is: 55% aluminium, 43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon.

With years development, we have expended our product to six series: Executive, Shake, Wood Shingle, New Wood Shingle, Roman, and Aspirant.

And each serie is available for 12 colors which makes those tiles fitted for different decoration stylish.

Chapter Two: Introduction of Chengda Company

Established in 2003, our company, Zhaoqing City Chengda New Building Material Co., Ltd, has become the biggest manufacturer of stone coated metal roof tile in China. With more than 15000 m²workshop area, and a strong production team, we are providing over one million m³of stone coated metal roof tiles annually. Our products are hot sale in Africa, Europe and North America.

Chapter Three: Products' manufacturing, testing and packing

We always keep in mind that customers' eyes only stay on the high quality products, so we are making every effort to adjust the manufacturing procedure, enhance product quality, and make sure that every piece of tiles meets the customer's requirement.

Every piece of tiles will be checked before packing, and we have a professional QC team to conduct the test. Every data of our tiles, like size, weight, cracking resistant, and stone indensity will be measured and recorded.

Packing is the last step. We use pallet packing and each pallet contains 400-500 pieces according to different series. The 20 feet container can hold 16 pallets and together with accessroies like circular hip, side flashing, end hip, etc.
