OCM 100% non-asbestos fiber cement board is with high impact strength and moisture and fire resistant properties

OCM fiber cement boardisanon-asbestos fibre-cement product composed of Portland cement, cellulose fibre and refined sand.The board is then cured by an autoclaving process whereby the ingredients are reacted together under the effects of super-heated steam and high pressure. The synthetic cement silicate binder provides exceptional dimensional stability and an unrivalled resistance to movement due to effects of moisture or heat. The board will not rot or support fungal growth and is unaffected by sunlight or steam. The board does not contain any soluble ingredients or free alkali which could be dissolved by moisture or condensation and causing unsightly marks. If exposed to moisture, the board will completely recover on drying out, with no permanent loss of strength. The board will not degrade with time and within normal applications, the life of the product is limited only by the durability of the supporting structure and materials used in fastening.

Transportation, Handling and Storage

--OCM board will leave our factory on labeled pallets. Provided with a list of what panel sits on each pallet. When the pallets arrive your warehouses. It will be up to the client to provide an all terrain forklift to remove from the delivery truck.

-- Deliver OCM board to the project site in the original, unopened package and store them in fully enclosed space where they will be protected against damage from humidity, direct sunlight, surface contamination and other causes of damage. Handle OCM board carefully to avoid chipping the edges or damaging units in any way. Handling and storage practices should follow the OCM’s recommended suggestions at all times.
