Oceanic steam generatorOC-Bseries are extra heavy duty and robust steam generators manufactured in high quality with SUS316 heat element elements in a new single loop design that when combined with additional electronics will give an even longer trouble free working life.

NEW AUTOMATIC DESCALING PROGRAM- push the clean button and the generator automatically fills itself from a reserve of dilute acid solution then goes through a cycle of hot acid cleaning followed by cold water rinsing to thoroughly descale itself. For extra hard water areas there is an additional large diameter drain port that allows for access inside the boiler for even the largest remnants of scale.

NEW ADVANCED STEAMON DEMAND FUNCTION- the water in the steam generator boiler is held at around 80 degrees until the steam on demand button located inside the steam room is pushed by the customers - then steam will be delivered by the generator within a few seconds and will continue for 30 minutes, it then stops until the button is pushed again - saving energy and costs during quieter periods of operation.

All generators are fitted with 3 banks of heating elements to provide sequential heating - from cold all 3 element banks operate for maximum power and rapid heating until the required temperature is reached then banks 1 and 2 stop while bank 3 alternates on andoff to gently maintain the temperature without large fluctuations saving energy and improving user comfort.

All generators feature an auto drain with a self flushing cycle to dump the boiler contents in a controlled manner - at the end of each steaming session the generator will stop for a few minutes to allow the water to cool a little then the drain valve will open and after a short time the cold water inlet valve will open to give a period of continuous flushing and draining. Flushing and draining the boiler reduces the build up of damaging lime scale, cooling the elements before the final drainage helps prolong their useful life.

All generators feature advanced electronic controls with on board diagnostics -a series of LEDs indicate all stages of the boiler operation.

Electronic controls with a digital display to enable temperatures of 30 to 60degrees centigrade and time duration 15 to 240 minutes or continual operation with additional keys for a steam room light, , manual drain etc.

Safety features include boil dry protection, thermal overload safety cut out and pressure relief valve.

All of our commercial models feature a bright red high visibility steam inlet nozzle, multiple generator control (2 or more generators can be linked together for larger steam rooms)

Diagnostics - 8 LEDs on the controller show 12 different working stages and operations that can be used for elementary diagnosis if a problem should occur.
