This production line is a kind of specialized equipment mainly for producing ROBA- and HANYI-branded decorative insulation wall panels with the middle layer of rigid polyurethane foam and with aluminum sheet or paper as the top and bottom face layers. The laminated panel is between 20 and 80 mm in thickness, 350 to 700mm in width, length to be custommade. The operation principle of this line is as follows: Raw materials of rigid-foam liquids are delivered into the mixing head through the metering pump on the injection machine and then injected onto the bottom facing sheet going to conveyors along with the top superficial sheet. Between the upper and lower conveyors, the liquid materials are foamed and hardened into shape, after which the laminated panel is edge-trimmed and cut by an automatic tracking cutter into segments according to the preset length.
ROBA panel is a kind of innovative energy-saving decorative insulation wall panel with the superficial layer of color-coated aluminum sheet (with fluorocarbon lacquer decoration), middle layer of rigid PU foam and the base layer of aluminum foil. This panel is combination of good decoration effects of aluminum sheet and highly efficient thermal insulation of PU foam.
