Rock wool blanket

Rock Wool Blanketis a flexible rolling product covered with iron wire mesh, stainless steel wire mesh or glass fiber cloth. It is used mainly for the insulation of large sized pipe and tank, large equipment, special shape components, valves and pipe fittings. Iron and stainless steel wire mesh blanket is especially suitable for thermal insulation of high-temperature equipment.
Rock wool roll is a flexible rolling product. It is used mainly for large sized pipe and special shaped components, valves and pipe fitting, as well as thermal insulation and air conditioning systems for the wall and roof of buildings.
Faced roll is a rock wool roll covered with aluminum foil or other covering materials for moisture proof and enhancing strength.

Scope of application

a.Rock wool blanket without finish materials:

It is used for heat insulation and sound absorption of large-caliber pipeline, construction wall and roofs.

b.Rock wool blanket with glass cloth Facing:

The product is developed for large span equipment and building walls with good dust-proof performance.

c.Rock wool blanket with aluminium foil facing:

The product is designed for circular ducts, small equipment and air-conditioning system pipelines, with properties of good water-resistance, dust-proof, and perfect thermal insulation.

d.Rock wool blanket with wire mesh:

The product is used under conditions of strong vibration and high temperature, also recommended for thermal insulation of boilers, vessels, flanges/ valves and big diameter or large irregular pipelines.
