The Anchorage system is consists of bearing plate, wedges, metal bellow, bursting reinforcement, etc. Used in the railway engineering, tiebacks and foundation projects, bearing plate and the Wedges (2 chips and 3chips) are the key components which transfer the load from
anchorage ring to concrete under anchor.
The definition of anchorage parts
Wedge
Wedge is the key part of anchorage system, which is made by high-class alloy steel 20CrMnTi. Its form is divided into two-chip and three-chip. The system apply to the two-chip BJM15-J, it can be used for ring anchorage,flat anchorage, but also used for porous coupler.
Anchorage ring
Anchor ring is the key part of bearing the Prestressing tension. The ring anchorage is made by 45# high-quality carbonconstruction steel, and the flat anchorage is made by 40Cr steel. It includes the ring anchorage head and flat anchorage head.
Bearing plate
Bearing plate is the key component, which transfer the load from anchorage ring to concrete under anchor. The methodof transfer and distribution of stress affect the anti-cracking and load capacity of concrete.
Bursting reinforcement
The bursting reinforcement used for distributing the concrete. For prevent concrete from crazing, and use the burstingreinforcement for strengthening tendons.
Metal Bellows(mental ducts). And we have metal bellows moulding machine and flat pipe machine.
Metal bellows used for the post-tensioning prestress concrete structure or constructive pore-forming. It can be dividedinto ring and flat by the section shape; divided into standard and enhanced by radial stiffness; divided into metal andplastic tubes by material, and the metal can be divided into galvanized and ungalvanized.
The anchorage
The anchorage is assembly part of blade anchors and wedge.
1-Conventional Anchorage
Conventional anchorage consists of wedge,anchor head,bearing plate and spiral reinforcement.Wedge is the key compenent of the anchorage,in two pieces and made of fined alloyed steel.QVM.M13 serves to grip PC strand of diameter 12.7mm and 12.9mm,similarly QVM.M15 for that of diameter 15.2mm and 15.7mm,QVM.M18 for 17.8mm,QVM.M22 for 21.8mm and QVM.M28 for 28.6mm.
2-Slap Anchorage
Where prestressing tendon is applied to slap structure,QVM.BM series slap anchorage shall be preferred and thus the tendon may be acconmmodated in comparatively thin slab,as shown Figure 8 and Table 4 separately.
3-MP Series Anchorage
MP series anchorage is used as the dead end of prestress tendon where the struction has very strict restraint on dimension or space.The most significant difference between this series and conventional anchorage is using extuded end as the grip component instead of wedge, meanwhile the effective length of prestress tendon is longer companing to that of MP series.Reference is given in the following table and diagram.
4-Fine-rolled Corrugated Bar Anchorage
Finde-rolled corrugated bar anchorage, connector and anchor plate are suitable for anchoring high-strength fine-rolled corrugated bar and is mainly used in fore-tensioned and post-tensioned prestressed box beam.Roof truss of large house and floor acnorage,with the structure shown elow:
5-Conic Anchorage/Fisher Anchorage
Conic anchorage may anchor ø5 andø7 high-strength stranded steel bundle of standard stength above 1570Mpa, is mainly used in post-tensioned prestressed concrete structures or members and mainly consists of male cone, anchor ring and steel wire bundle.
