One Component moisture cured PU waterproofing coating (E-969)
Introduction:
So far, polyurethane waterproof coating, which is regarded as fluid rubber of waterproofing, finds favor in the eyes of building waterproofing industry both at home and abroad, and is recognized one of best waterproof coating on function all over the world with its good physical and chemical function. It is also one of the waterproofing coatings which widely used, especially in many great civil and military programs, like tunnel, railway, underground parking, air-raid shelter, water treatment, etc.
E-969 single-part moisture cured PU waterproof coating, the product which researched and developed by our company in view of special engineering purpose, is the upgrading product in single-component polyurethane waterproof area. It does not contain harm and toxic solvents like "tri-benzene"and volatile solvents, satisfying national VOC mandatory limitation standard on volatile solvent and “Safety Evaluation of Drinking Water Distribution Equipments and Protective Materials Standard” (GB/T17219-1998). It has excellent storage stability which overcomes the shortage of this kind of waterproofing coating--over-thin or over-thick due to bad storage stability.
Features of product:
1.The time of drying and curing is two times as fast as general single-part PU waterproofing coating, which could greatly shorten the construction stage.
2.Because of the more scientific and precise control of dynamic viscosity, little deposit is produced so that substantially reducing the waste of coating deposit.
3.Good function of physical mechanics, its tensile strength, extension rate, etc all far superior to GB standard of typeⅠandⅡ.
4.Almost no smell, especially suitable for poor ventilation environment
5.Various performance indicators are very good, but its price is moderate compared with the domestic similar products. So its performance-to-price ratio is high.
Applicable scope:
For important waterproof engineering, edible pool, aquaculture, special pool, swimming pool, water pipes, with requirements of environmental protection waterproof engineering on groundwater, etc.
Advantages of construction:

Operating Guide:
Base Course Requirement:
The base course should be clean, solid, smooth, no dust, grease and water.
Construction:
1.Coating construction is generally 3~4 times, scraping and coating on the base course evenly with a rubber scraper or bristle brush after stirring. The first time coating film should be thin in order toprevent bubbling.
2.The construction protect layer must be done upon coating thickness had met the design requirement and gained acceptance.
3.Coating can be carrying on as soon as the prior film is non-stick.
4.In order to cohering the waterproof layer and other materials, you can add some coarse sand before the last coating becoming non-sticky under facade construction.
5.The direction of the prior and the next coating should be vertical and repeated for many times to make sure that the coating is completely saturating and cohering the base course.The second time coating can be carrying on as soon as the prior film is non-stick.
6.In order to cohering the waterproof layer and other materials, you can add some coarse sand before the last coating becoming non-sticky under facade construction.
7.The construction protect layer must be done upon coating thickness had met the design requirement and gained acceptance.
Cautions:
*Do not construct under 5°C.
*Add a certain proportion of drier to ensure the curing time in low temperature. (Please ask technical support department for details.)
*Please wear protective clothing when you are working in order to avoid the coating contacting skin and eye. Keep ventilate.
*The coating must be tightly preserved if not running out.
*Do not construct in sleet and sand blown by the wind. Avoid constructing in high temperature at noon (prevent the coating bubbling and becoming sticky to feet).
*The products should be sealed storage in ventilated and shade place. Keep away from fire. Prevent sun and rain during transportation.
Transportation and packaging:
*It must be stored in cool, dry and ventilated space.
*Avoid raining, insolating, squeezing and colliding during transportation to save the packaging.
