Description:

ISONEM FLM COAT is a bitumen based, water-based, flexible material used as a primer and for the purpose of waterproofing liquid membrane.

Usage Area:

• Inclined & flat roofs, foundations
• Curtain and side walls
• Concrete pipes
• Waterproofing of concrete structures
• Below ground concrete structures, retaining walls, water channels
• Bonding adhesive of polymer modified bitumen membranes

Advantages:

• Environmentally friendly due to its solvent-free structure
• Easy to apply, supplied ready to use.
• Ability to be use at outdoor applications, UV resistant
  • In summer effects of direct sunlight contact does not damage film layer and at low temperatures in winter it remains crack resistant
  • Resistant to acid, alkali, salt and water

Application:

• Surface Preparation, Substrate must be smooth, dry, free of dust, grease, oil, and loose or friable particles
• The product is supplied as ready to use. For primer applications the product can be diluted with %50 water .
• Consumption is 300 gr/m2 for primer applications and 0,75.kg/m2 - 1 kg/m2 for waterproofing applications.
• Before applying the second layer, make sure that the first layer is totally cured and dry

Packaging and Storage

• 15 kgs plastic pails.
• 12 months from date of production, if stored properly in unopened and undamaged original sealed packaging. Protect from frost.
